Agapé* Group – fortnightly workshops

The aims of the group are to:

• increase self-awareness
• facilitate constructive personal change
• mutual support in the journey to ‘wake up’
• facilitate spiritual, psychic and intuitive development
• Learn practical ways to use spiritual principles and techniques in your life and work.

Present moment awareness, unconditional love, non-judgement, the ego, non-attachment, meditation, healing principles, working with energy, the power of the mind, energy blocks, psychic abilities, chakras, meridians, personality differences, shadow work, motivation, purpose and destiny,  inner peace, relationships, soul mates,  and much more!

The format will include meditation practices, teaching and group discussions.

Price:  £20 per session is a guide.  Nobody will be watching you – give what is in your heart to give.

Agapé Love

*Agapé Love underlies, but also transcends, all types of love. In English we have only this one word where the Greek language has several.  Agape is used in terms of “unconditional love” or “God love”, and is the name I have chosen for the group and my Counselling/Therapy Course – like it?

Agape is the sense of care, respect, understanding and compassion for another. It is fundamentally inclusive, and seeks to unify rather than separate. It seeks to heal rather than destroy. In order to experience this love for others, it is necessary to move from being ‘surface dwellers’ to being people of depth. If we perceive others only on the surface, we will see only the differences, and therefore highlight our separateness. When we see the inner core of another person’s real identity, we perceive our unity.
